My four year old comes home from school one day with a book that includes a page for every kid in his class with "About Me" type info. Normal stuff like favorite food (mac and cheese) favorite animal (dog) and then we got to the biggest surprise question.
What's your favorite activity to do at home?
- Cook dinner with mommy.
What? You mean it's not racecars, blocks, cartoons? It's cooking with me?
So I thought this would be a great way to chronicle our culinary adventures... along with the rest of life. The funniest thing? Pickiest eater imaginable. He'll happily do anything in the kitchen, but eating is whole other story.
PS. The other funny thing on the page? He wants to be Batman's Daddy when he grows up. Or a regular daddy, but that definitely takes a back seat.
